The Borough of Lincoln understands the frustration with the Garbage Issues that are occurring. We are trying as hard as we can to rectify the situation. We would appreciate it if you could email secretary@lincolnborough.com or call the office @ 412.751.2655 to leave your name, number, address to add to our list if you have had any problems. Please reach out to Biggs 412.379.4331 to tell them to come and get your garbage if they have not done so. Again, we apologize and realize that this has been an ongoing issue but we are trying are best to have Biggs pick up the garbage on time. Hopefully, this Monday, it will be corrected/
