* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8
inches possible.
* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex. In Pennsylvania, Carbon and
Monroe.
* WHEN...From Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Weekend travel could be very difficult, especially at
night. Snowfall rates may reach one inch per hour at times.
