Description
Pet registration, dogs and cats, is free when registered during the month of January or within 30 days of the animal’s arrival in Pennsbury. Thereafter, the fee for registration is $25.
Pet owners may register pets in person in the Borough office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 5:00 pm. The pet(s) current rabies vaccination certificate must be presented for registration.
In January only, a Borough Council member will be available in the Borough office every Saturday from 10:00am – 12:00pm to register pets at no charge.
The information required is the following:
Your name, address, Phone Number(s), Type of Pet, Pet’s Breed, Pet’s Color(s), and Pet(s) Name. As long as all information and proof of current rabies certificate is provided, a 2024 Pet Registration tag will be issued to fasten to your pet’s collar or harness.
Registering your pet ensures that a lost pet when found can be returned to its owner as quickly as possible.
