* WHEN...From this afternoon to this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Street flooding begins north of Stoudsburg.
At 10.0 feet, Adjacent parks and greenways flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:01 AM EST Monday the stage was 9.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0
feet this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
10.6 feet on 10/08/2005.
