* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low
as 31 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures
ranging from 23 to 26 degrees possible.
* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EDT this morning.
For the Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through
Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and
other sensitive vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures near freezing are possible
once again tonight.
