Electronic and Remote Payments Temporarily Suspended
The Erie Water Works will be performing important Billing System upgrades beginning October 30th. As a result, the Erie Water Works will only accept cash and check payments in its office at 340 West Bayfront Parkway between October 30th and November 8th. In addition, please also note that all electronic and remote payment methods will be suspended during that time as welI. If you are registered for the AutoPay withdrawal feature, this process will not be interrupted. Late penalties will not be assessed during this temporary suspension.
Payments made via US Mail will not be affected in any way and customers may continue to mail their payments to the address provided on their bill. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete this necessary upgrade.
