Ghouls and Goblins, Prince and Princesses will be out and about collecting their treats this evening. Please drive with extreme caution while traveling through the City during the Trick or Treating hours of 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Trick or Treaters look both ways when crossing the streets. Cross at corners and not from between parked cars. Wishing all a safe and fun evening. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
