Description
We have added an attachment for the Flu shot. Please fill it out and bring it with you if possible. If not they will be on site. If you have insurance, bring your card. The SouthEast Regional Ambulance Service and Rite Aid will be providing free flu shots for anyone with or without insurance. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm @ the Lincoln Borough Municipal Building located at 45 Abe's Way, Elizabeth, PA 15037. No appointment is necessary.
