LEAVES TO BE PICKED UP CURBSIDE by Waste Management of Erie ON YOUR REGULAR REFUSE DAY. MUST BE BAGGED IN CLEAR PLASTIC GARBAGE BAGS NO LARGER THAN 33 GALLON CAPACITY.
