This program is not a LOAN! You do not have to repay it. You must submit the form below to the program. This is not guaranteed, but worth the try. It’s a program in Allegheny County to help income-eligible homeowners with repairs to their homes. It will be available at the office, on our website or you can just click on this link below to fill out the form online. Please share this information with your neighbors who you think could use the help. Our office is always available to help. If you want stop by any day before 3:00 pm and we will be happy to assist you in this process. Please don’t wait the program only has so much funding. Once it runs out that’s it.
