Description
Law requires all pets to be registered annually with the Borough by January 31. All dogs must be registered annually with Allegheny County. During January, the Borough waives the $25.00 registration fee. Beginning February 1, 2023, the $25.00 will be in effect.
Request your annual 2023 pet registration by:
Emailing a scan of the current Veterinarian Rabies Certificate to boropv@comcast.net
Placing the original certificate or a copy in an envelope and dropping it in the silver box outside the Borough office door. (Please designate “copy” on the document, if applicable)
Please indicate “Pet Registration” on the envelope or in the email subject line.
Information required with the request:
Your Name, Address, Phone Number(s), Type of Pet (cat, dog, etc.), Pet’s Breed, Pet’s Color(s), Pet’s Name
A 2023 pet registration tag will be delivered to your home to attach to your pet’s collar, along with a paper permit, and, if applicable, your original rabies certificate.
