Winter Storm Watch issued December 13 at 3:08PM EST until December 16 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations of 3 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of around
one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 40
mph.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall amounts will heavily depend on the
timing of snow transitioning over to heavy mixed precipitation
or rain Thursday night and Friday morning. Expect highest
snowfall accumulations across higher elevations.
