The 2022-2023 LIHEAP season opened on 11/1/2022.
If you haven’t already been sent a LIHEAP application from your gas or electric company. You can request one at the following locations:

* Statewide LIHEAP Hotline at 1-866-857-7095 or PA Relay at 711 for the hearing impaired
* County assistance office
