2. Discussion on City Budget, Tax Rate, and Fee Ordinances
3. Discussion on the Consent Order and Agreement to resolve a litigation matter at Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas, Docket No.: 4073 of 2021 which concerns the 1973 Service Agreement to provide sanitary sewer services within the boundaries of the various local municipal entities
4. Discussion on the Second Addendum to the Lease Agreement between the City of Latrobe and State Representative Leslie Rossi of the 59th Legislative District for rental space in the city municipal building
5. Discussion on Greater Latrobe School District Salt Agreement
6. Discussion for a Local Share Account statewide grant application
