NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council of Pleasantville Borough, Venango County, Pennsylvania, will consider for final enactment and adoption at a special public meeting to be held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., prevailing time, in the Borough Building located at 114 West State Street an Ordinance summarized as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF 2026 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF PLEASANTVILLE, VENANGO COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA TO REQUIRE A PERMIT TO EXCAVATE IN OR OPEN ANY BOROUGH STREET, TO IMPOSE REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING AND RESTORATION, AND TO IMPOSE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS
The proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Borough Building during normal business hours, 8 A.M.–4 P.M. Monday through Friday. A copy has also been supplied to this newspaper for public inspection. An opportunity will be given to all citizens and interested parties to be heard at the public meeting.
