📢 NOTICE OF Zoning Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Delta Borough Zoning Hearing Board on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Delta-Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company meeting room, 500 Main Street, Delta, PA. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a special exception, variance, and ordinance interpretation application filed by Blue Farm Realty LLC for the property located at 104 Main Street, Delta, PA 17314.
The applicant, Blue Farm Realty LLC, a limited liability corporation with a business address at 3144 Dublin Road, Street, MD 21154, seeks approval to construct an accessory satellite tasting room within an existing building located in the Residential Zoning District, pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sections 107, 604(B), and 202.
