CODORUS TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Codorus Township Zoning Hearing Board, York County,
Pennsylvania, will hold a zoning hearing board hearing on an application for a variance by Stephen
Stoltzfus concerning property located at 6432 Steltz Road, Glen Rock, PA, Codorus Township. The
meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Codorus Township Offices located at
4631 Shaffers Church Road, Glenville, PA 17329. The Applicant is seeking a variance to transfer a
dwelling unit right between non-contiguous parcels from 14853 Bonaire Road to 6432 Steltz Road to use
the Steltz Road property as both a residence and the sawmill that was previously approved as a special
exception.
At the time of the hearing any affected person or party will be given full opportunity to be
heard. Any person may be represented by counsel at the hearing. All interested persons are welcome
and encouraged to attend.
