The Agenda meeting will be held the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m in Council Chambers of the Latrobe Municipal Building.

1. Discussion on amending Chapter 256 Article VIII Trailer Parking Regulations Ordinance on Unattached Trailers, Boats, and Recreation Vehicles. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the amendment to our existing ordinance which restates the ordinance.
2. Discussion on Memorandum of Understanding with AFSCME AFL-CIO Council 83 Local 629
3. Discussion on the 2026 Draft Budget
4. Discussion on the 2026 Draft Fee Ordinance
5. Discussion on the Westmoreland County Transit Authority local share assessment and agreement
6. Discussion on State Representative Leslie Rossi’s office lease at the city building
7. Discussion on contract with LV Tech our IT provider
8. Discussion on the purchase of recycle bins from Republic that we need for future replacement bins for our residents
