Details
Winter is a great time to feed the birds and attract them to your backyard. Learn about our winter residents and how to identify them by appearance and sound. A naturalist will teach you how to choose the preferred foods to attract each species. With a pinecone, crisco and seeds, make a bird feeder to take home or hang in the park.
Program will be held outdoors at Rexroth Park if weather permits. If inclement weather prevents the program from being outside, we will move into the Lower Windsor Township Building.
Fee includes supplies to make one pinecone bird feeder. Parent or guardian required to attend for participants under 12 years.
