* Motion to appoint Chief Bosco interim City Manager
* Motion to appoint Scott Wajdic interim City Manager for StormWater Director
* Resolution for program partnership with Latrobe Community Revitalization, Westmoreland Land Bank and the City of Latrobe
* Resolution to lease Sanitation Trucks with funding from Commercial Bank
* Motion to advertise for open municipal positions in City Administration
* Motion to approve transfer of Community Service Officer position form AFSME bargaining unit to the Police department as a management/non-union position with a salary of $68,000 and a one-time lump sum payment of $1.25/hr to the Community Service Officer for hours worked between 1/1/2025 and 5/13/2025.
* Motion to approve Chief Bosco in execution of financial documents and general checking accounts for city funds. Also the signing of new signature cards.
* Motion to promote Josh Mayro to permanent Zoning and Code enforcement officer with 32 hours or more per week and benefit package.
