Attention fellow Water Gap friends and neighbors. This Saturday May 3rd we will have a birthday party for Leroy Kaiser. Leroy is 95 years old and is the Borough's oldest native! Celebration begins promptly at 6 at the Dutot museum, but please come early so we can surprise him when he walks through the door! He has no idea so please keep it to yourself. We will have some lite refreshments and cake. I hope to see you there! Please share....but not with Leroy. ??????
