This year's Memorial Day Ceremony will take place on Monday, May 26th, 2025. The ceremony will be starting at 12:00 p.m. and all residents and non-residents are invited to remember our past fallen Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen and honor those currently serving here and abroad.
In memory of our Veterans who died to preserve our freedoms, the Borough of Highspire will be conducting a drive-by food drive. The food drive will take place at Memorial Park beside the Veterans' Memorial on Lumber Street in Highspire from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All donations will go to Veterans and Veteran families.
