Come and join your neighbors for the Annual Arbor Day Celebration scheduled for Saturday, April 26th at 12:00 p.m. (Noon). The celebration will be held at the Highspire Borough Municipal Building, 640 Eshelman Street. Trees have been planted in memory of Mr. Ronald Lebo and Harold Hess.
The Borough of Highspire has been certified as a Tree City USA applicant for the past 28 years. State and local representatives will be present along with the Highspire Band. All residents are encouraged to take an interest in Arbor Day and come out and help us celebrate.
A Borough wide cleanup / trash pick-up is scheduled after the event for anyone who is interested.
