City of Latrobe Council Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.
Public Hearing:
* Discuss amendments to the City Code Chapter 166 related to permitted uses in Commercial Districts, specifically dealing with Vape Shops, Smoke shops, Tobacco Stores, Hooka Bars, convenience stores and Pennsylvania Skill Games.
Council Meeting Agenda:
* Motion to accept the resignation of fire department duty driver, Dave Fortunato
* Motion to hire CDL driver for Public Works Dept
* Motion to hire Gavin Scholl for Latrobe Police Dept.
* Motion to re-appoint Cody Whitfield to 5 yr term on Planning Commission
* Motion to re-appoint Francis Tandarich to the Industrial Development Authority
* Motion to approve an Ordinance amending the City Code, Zoning chapter 166-16 to regulate the conduct of Smoking and Tobacco businesses in the City of Latrobe
* Motion to approve an ordinance amending the City Code, Aoning chapter 166-16 and Chapter 179 regulating Skilled Gaming Devices
* Motion to approe a payroll settlement wage agreement with Doug Tuk
