Faith Lutheran Church presents: This lavishly illustrated presentation will consider the origins and history of Nativity scenes, from St. Francis of Assisi to the present day. Dr. DeSanctis will share how his own crèche-building activities share the message of Christ’s birth with modern audiences. Dr. DeSanctis is Professor Emeritus at Gannon and Scholar in Residence at the Jefferson Society. Light refreshments will follow the presentation. This event is being hosted by the Worship and Music Committee. All are welcome!
