The Borough of Lincoln, along with the Lincoln Borough Fire Department and the Lincoln Borough Police Department, invites all children and grandchildren of Lincoln Borough to a Trunk or Treat event at the Lincoln Borough Social Hall, located at 4312 Liberty Way, Elizabeth, PA 15037 on Sunday, October 27, 2024 @ 1:00 pm. We encourage residents to participate by decorating their trunks and handing out Halloween candy to our community's kids (we typically expect around 50 participants). We also invite Lincoln children to wear their best Halloween costumes and join us for some trunk or treating fun! Prizes will be awarded for: - Best Decorated Trunk - Best Overall Costume - Scariest Costume - Cutest Costume We can’t wait to see everyone there!
