For residents of Lincoln Borough, the dumpsters will be available 9-12 for household garbage, old furniture, etc. no paint, chemicals, or TIRES unless they are cut up, and No contractors with building supplies. We will have an electronics dumpster. Free for Borough residents. If you don’t live in Lincoln but need to dispose of electronics only it is a $5.00 fee
