The PUC is hosting a Public Meeting to gather public input on the requests by PA American Water (PAWC) to increase rates on water and wastewater services. The PUC is actually having one close to our community on Monday, January 29, 2024 @ Port Vue Social Hall (Fire Department) 1191 Romine Ave. There will be a hearing at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you wish to speak, you will need to pre register by calling 1-800-684-6560 or emailing consumer@paoca.org. There are other meetings further away and by telephone, if you are interested you can find all the details @ https://www.puc.pa.gov. If you want your voice heard. This is the time. You can also fill out a formal complaint with the PUC. (found on their website)
