The Zoning Hearing Board for Tullytown Borough will meet on Wednesday, January 31st at 7 PM at Municipal Hall, 500 Main Street to hear the Appeal of Przemyslaw and Lucyna Pycia (Appeal #1-24). Applicant is proposing to construct a 14.4’ x 8’ addition off the rear of the house and is seeking a variance from the maximum 30% impervious surface requirement per Chapter 185, Table 185-21, R-1 Dimensional Requirements of the Tullytown Borough Zoning Ordinance for property located at 264 Lakeside Drive, Levittown, Pa 19054 (TMP #46-004-136) which is located in the R-1 Residential Zoning District in the Borough.
