* Section 327 - 12 D of the Code of Latrobe. When trenching in streets to repair underground utilities, delete line stating "whichever is less, require a full-width, or lane width" from the Code.
* Section 166-42 E of Code of Latrobe. Amending (10) adding "Pole signs are excluded from the Downtown area as indicated by attached Map "A" "
* Section 166-45 F (2) adding (h) "Digital message boards shall be restricted to a maximum of 12 square feet on the face of a sign.
