A costume contest is being held at the Latrobe Memorial Stadium on Saturday. Prizes will be awarded in
5 categories. Judging will begin promptly at 2:30. Treat bags will be given to the first 200 children. Trick or Treat in the City of Latrobe is following the contest from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Happy Haunting!
