The Town of Yankeetown is offering an opportunity for property owners impacted by Hurricane Helene to apply for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). This program aims to assist with elevation or mitigation reconstruction for qualifying homes. The grant is a matching grant, with 75% funded by HMGP and a 25% homeowner match.
