Details
A Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, and will be held in the parking lot of the Public Works Garage located in the South Park Township Municipal Complex. Residents are to enter via Parkford Drive and follow the directional signs to the South Park Township Public Works Parking Lot.
There is a cost associated with the HHW Collection. Typical examples of HHW include household cleaning products, aerosols, pool chemicals, paints, driveway sealer, universal waste (bulbs and batteries) automotive fluids, indoor pesticides, propane tanks, Freon-containing devices, etc.
Items that WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED include explosives, radioactive material, ammunition, tires, medical waste, syringes, large appliances, compressed gas, or mercury-containing devices.
