The Steelton Borough Council and the Steelton Borough Police Department will be hosting the annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This community event will be held at War Veterans Memorial Field (Steelton-Highspire High School’s football field) located at the intersection of South 6th Street & Primrose Avenue, Steelton, PA 17113.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign promoting police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. Over 16,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. Territories, Canadian cities, and military bases around the world celebrate this event. In all, over 37 million people are expected to participate in America’s National Night Out celebration this year.
If your organization would like to participate by having a table at this event or provide a donation to support, please contact Officer Tyrai Anderson at tanderson@steeltonpa.com. There is no fee to register, and it is a great way to spread the word to the Steelton community about the products and services you can provide to our residents.
