South Park Township has contracted with County Hauling for the collection and processing of yard waste. The annual spring collection date is Saturday, April 26, 2025.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for all residents participating in the Spring Yard Waste Collection.
For more information or to register, call County Hauling at 724-929-7694 ext. 2 ?? 888-883-0333. You may also sign up at the County Hauling website by visiting https://www.countyhauling.com/yard-waste-collection-program/ and selecting "South Park Township."
Yard Waste is limited to leaves, shrubbery, brush trimmings, limbs, twigs, garden residue, and other vegetative materials.
Yard Waste must be placed at the curb in BIODEGRADABLE BAGS before 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled collection day. Yard-waste placed in plastic bags WILL NOT BE COLLECTED!
As a convenience to our residents, South Park Township is selling yard-waste/leaf collection bags in the Tax/Sewage Office located in the Administration Building. The cost is $1.00 per bag, or five bags for $4.00.
