Zoning Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the New Freedom Zoning Hearing Board on Monday, March 31, 2025 @ 6:00 PM at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Office, 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following:
Z.H. Case No. 01-25: Application by Robert & Virginia Neugebauer 45 S Constitution Ave, for approval of a Variance of §225.306.F.(2) & (3) & Special Exception of §225.1004 for a garage. The property is located in the Traditional Neighborhood District.
Examination of the above application may be made at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Building at 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
