North York Borough Council will hold a hearing as requested by Sintayehu Dejene of Bronx, NY, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 6pm at the Council Chambers just before their stated monthly meeting, at 350 E. 6th Avenue, York, PA 17404. This hearing is to determine the disposition of a vehicle recovered by Northern York Regional Police as an abandoned vehicle within the Borough limits, which is currently registered to Mr. Dejene. Council will appoint a Hearing Officer under the statutes of the State of Pennsylvania and Title 8 (section 7305). The Officer will make the final determination at that meeting.
