Join us for a nurturing seated yoga session using chairs for Seniors!
Wednesday, May 7, 2025, 10am-11am, at the Pennypack Community Center, 130 Spring Ave, Hatboro, PA 19040.
This approach enables you to partake in gentle movements that enhance flexibility, build strength, and increase your physical awareness of both body and mind, no matter what your experience level. The class will be guided by one of the talented instructors from NOURISHING STORM, a cherished studio located in the heart of Hatboro for the past 14 years.
