Notice is hereby given that the Village of Fairgrove Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 3, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda Hall located at 5005 Center St., Fairgrove, MI 48733.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request for a variance submitted by Fairgrove BTS Retail, LLC. The applicant is seeking a variance for property tax ID # 036-500-231-0220-00 for rezoning
A complete copy of the application for a variance may be examined at the Village Hall 5005 Center St., Fairgrove, MI 48733 the public hearing, before the Village’s regular business hours, Monday 7:00 am through 2:00 pm or by appointment. The written comments may be addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the Village Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on March 3, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
