The Greenfield Township, Fairfield County, Ohio, Zoning Commission gives notice that a Public Hearing
will be held on January 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Greenfield Township Fire Department, 3245
Havensport Road, Carroll, Ohio 43112, regarding a change to the Greenfield Township Zoning
Resolution, Section 310.06, A. Lot Area:
Change from:
For all parcels in the R-1, the lot area shall be not less than
one-and-one-half (1-1/2) acre, or such size as determined by the
Fairfield County Health Department for the provision of on-site water
and sanitary systems, whichever is larger.
Change to:
For all parcels in the R-1, the lot area shall be not less than two (2.0)
acres, or such size as determined by the Fairfield County Health
Department for the provision of on-site water and sanitary systems,
whichever is larger.
All residents have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the board or give
testimony for or in opposition to the change or appeal.
