Details
Milling of the road beds in preparation for paving will begin on Thursday, October 31 at 8:00AM in the following locations: Penn Avenue (bridge deck), Shaw Avenue, Chestnut Street, and Oak Avenue above Charles Street.
No parking will be allowed in the areas to be milled.
Road construction is expected to last through November 8, weather permitting.
