Over the next year utility companies will be working throughout the City of Krum adding their own communication lines within the utility easements. They are not associated with the City of Krum. They are independent contractors and companies working within the City of Krum's city limits. All these companies should be registered, and have a city work permit.

Utility easements are legal rights granted to utility companies or public entities, allowing them access to a portion of your property for specific purposes. These purposes typically include the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure such as water lines, sewage systems, electrical cables, and gas pipelines which include private utility companies, such as cable or internet providers.

As permits are issued, we will try to update areas of construction on the City of Krum website and Savvy Citizen app.
