Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Cumberland Township Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Township Building, 730 Chambersburg Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325 with the regular meeting to begin directly following this hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from the public regarding a proposal for an addition to the Township’s Agricultural Security Area I involving lands owned by Barbara Jo Entwistle located at 1260 Table Rock Road. The hearing will also consider any written amendments proposed during the review period and any recommendations proposed by the Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee and the Adams County and Cumberland Township Planning Commissions. The proposed Agricultural Security Area information is available for inspection at the Township Building during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
