Hess Physical Therapy will host a workshop on balance and fall prevention. If you’ve fallen in the past, worry about falling, feel unsteady when walking, you will not want to miss this! You will learn:

- Who most at risk for falling
- Five of the most common reasons people fall
- Quick at home balance tests to determine your risk of falling
- Which meds can increase your risk of falling
- How to spot common locations for falls in your home
