If you would like a program designed exclusively for adults and order adults that is fun, energizing and more personal than a gym, this is exactly what you've been looking for!

The Community Center will be open for those who would like to exercise in person on Tuesday and Thursdays from 11:00am - 11:30am.

Please be advised that the class on *Thursday, August 15th will either be in the South Park Library or outside, due to the Township's Blood Drive.

The cost is $3 per class. New participants are required to fill out a liability waiver.
