If you would like a program designed exclusively for adults and order adults that is fun, energizing and more personal than a gym, this is exactly what you've been looking for!

The Community Center will be open for those who would like to exercise in person on Tuesday and Thursdays from 11:00am - 11:30am.

Please be advised that the classes on *Tuesday, July 2nd, July 9th, July 16th & Thursday, July 23rd will either be in the South Park Library or outside, due to Township Summer Recreation activities.

**There will be no Gentle Fitness on Thursday, July 4th, due to the Fourth of July holiday.

The cost is $3 per class. New participants are required to fill out a liability waiver.
