Duboistown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on July 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Duboistown Municipal Building at 2651 Euclid Avenue, Duboistown PA 17702 on the Variance Application of Barger Real Estate Protector Trust c/o Phyllis Barger to allow an average lot width of 72.29 feet for new lot of proposed subdivision instead of the required 90 foot setback for property at 2655 Sortman Avenue, Zoned R-1.
