The Forest Hills Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 24, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in person in Council Chambers at the Forest Hills Borough Building, 4400 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh, PA 15221, to consider the following application:
Application of Mary Lewin, for property located at 18 Roxbury Road in the Borough of Forest Hills, Parcel ID 300-B-196, located in the Borough’s R-1 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting special exception from the requirements of Section 27-1002(1)(A) to replace an existing retaining wall within less than 3 feet from the side lot line.
Please take notice that the Hearing will be conducted by the Zoning Hearing Board and its Solicitor and appointed Hearing Officer. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Zoning Hearing Board may take action on the application. Any interested party, resident, or taxpayer is welcome to appear and attend. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the office of the Borough Manager, 4400 Greensburg, Pike, Pittsburgh, PA 15221.
