The Municipality of Penn Hills Department of Planning and Economic Development will hold a public hearing on February 22, 2024, at 7:30pm before the Penn Hills Planning Commission. The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnerships Programs (HOME) through the Allegheny County HOME Consortium, as well as the housing, community, and economic development needs of the Municipality of Penn Hills. This information will be utilized by the Planning Department in the preparation of the FY 2024 Annual Action Plan.
Attached is a copy of the Notice of First Public Hearing and CDBG Request Form.
Future meeting dates beyond February 22, 2024, are tentatively scheduled for the March 21, 2024, before the Planning Department Staff and adoption by Mayor and Council on April 22, 2024.
