Details
It is unlawful for the owner, occupant, or tenant of any real estate in Red Lion Borough to remove snow or ice, pursuant to § 21-301 of the Borough Code of Ordinances, by placing it in a street or alley which abuts the sidewalk or pedestrian walkway. A violation of this section shall be subject to any fine or penalty imposed under § 21-304 of the Red Line Borough Code of Ordinances.
